Can I feed my African Dwarf frog anythins live? ( brine shrimp, specifically sea monkeys?)?

I have 6 ADF's. Two big ones and 4 tiny ones. I am not sure who is eating what. So far I have been feeding them HBH Frog & Tadpole bites, and I just brought them frozen brine shrimp today. My little brother has live Sea Monkeys and I was wondering if I can put them in my tank and let my frogs eat them? Has anyone tried this?
