How do i get a woman who loves me to be brave enough to tell me how she really feels?

there is this good woman friend of mine who i really am in love with she doesnt know this. She has had a boyfriend for two years who she loves. But the other day when icame to the deli counter where she works to get meat and she was helping out in bakery decerating cakes. The other gal in deli was waiting on me and there was another gal in bakery asking her questions about me. This other gal said to her you think a awful lot of kirk don't you she said yes. and then she asked her if she loved me and she said yes then the gal that was waiting on me thanked me for my meat order. and as i left i noticed the gal in deli looking at her and she was looking at her with a big smile. wahts going on here does she love me and why won't she tell me i would really like to take her out as a friend. She and i have always has terriffic times together talking when i used to work with her in the deli department about a month ago when i used to work with her. she is so good looking and fun to be with .So whats going on here with her. i know her and her boyfriend are having problems right now with trust issues. Is there a chance of getting to date her as a friend or not.
