West Point Prep School?

I was just accepted to the West Point Pep School and want to know what is the best way to prepare for it. What are the biggest challenges and how do you deal wih it. What parts of math, anglish, etc should i study up on so that I start off well? Also, how well does it prepare you for West Point and does it make your pleabe year better than those going strait in? Any other suggestions would be very helpful.
