I have got a place of a college in the UK.But I don't have IELTS. Will that Cause to a visa refusal?

I applied for a 'highly trusted" rated college in the UK. They offered me an unconditional place after the full payment of course fees and issued the CAS letter. But i don't have IELTS marks. Can the British High Commission reject my visa because I don't have IELTS, even though the college accepts me?
