Is this the reason people under age 18 can't be in some chat rooms?

Once again, we do not allow underage kids to join our site this helps us keep it safe from the stupidity these kids bring to any such portal, it keeps you safe from undercover cops who play their psychological mind games of entrapment in effort to make you say things you would not normally say, but they will have a reason to brag that they captured another child molester, and last but not least – presence of no kids allows you to post pretty images, discuss all things you want or use profanities to the fullest for as long as you do it using appropriate forums/tools provided to you.
