I am looking for a fantastic community organizer, of epic porportions.?

How will you be funding this position of community organizer? Will the job be salaried or by the hour? Will you provide benefits (health care, vacation, etc.)? Will the organization that hires this person and undertaking all of the other work you have proposed be a nonprofit or a for-profit? Do you already have a written business plan, including goals for year 1, expected costs, plan for evaluating your efforts, funding strategy, etc.?
