Help with insane fear of centipedes, taking over my life?

Centipedes stress me out more than I can even explain in words, I'm only 15 so give me a break, my room has been so messy due to my lack of organizational skills, I have clothes all over the floor, food crumbs and everything, 28 days ago I found a centipede in my room, I haven't been able to go in there since, yes I know this is such an irational fear but whenever I think about I litterally start to cry, so please don't give me those stupid one word answers that you tink are witty but really are not, if your just trying to get your yahoo answer point please move to the next question, thanks
