Recently had a fault on my BT line they repaired but....?

Now when I make calls there is a fuzzy crackling noise and I can hardly hear people. Also when anyone uses the line for calls my Sky Broadband drops out can't be used during the call. Will they charge me if I call them out? they didn't come out for the first repair.
