Can I be more than "just friends"?

It's a good thing that you can actually talk to her, but it sucks that she doesn't have straight answers. I think you should wait a little and see what happens to her relationship. Maybe tell her that if she's bored than she needs to get out of the relationship, it doesn't matter if she will feel bad, it's not fair to her to be in a relationship she doesn't want to be in. But maybe she doesn't like you more than a friend and wants to stay in her relationship so she wouldn't have to say no to you or go out with you because she feels bad. Because if she liked you, then she shouldn't have a problem with breaking up with her bf and going out with you, but she does have a problem. Just keep asking her specific questions and she should eventually answer them because you'll make her think about them.
