Does anyone know the cost of gall bladder surgrey in the US?

I am scheduled for surgrey and was told it would be about 11 grand well my mother in law said she had hers 8 years ago and it cost 55 grand for the same surgrey that im going in for and im trying to figure out whats accurate her price,or what the hospital quoted me or if there are hidden prices.
