How do I deal with being home sick from NEW YORK!?

I'm an 22 year old native New Yorker & I'm miserable as HELL! I hate everything about Florida, it's just not my cup of tea. I moved to Florida in January 2009 after being kicked out of my mothers house. I currently live with my Grandma in Florida which I'm very grateful for god bless her. I plan on moving back soon as I get an steady job so I can save up money to start up my own studio apartment Do you guys have any tips or ideas that can help me with my home sickness?
