Portrait innovations.?

I don't think that you would learn as much about photography as you think. this is a chain studio that specializes in children's portraits. They will teach you how to set up a photo session, but I doubt you will get in depth instruction into the fine art of portraiture. This is more of a sales job, as once yo have taken the pictures it is up to you to sell the biggest package you can to the customer. You will likely have production goals and feel a lot of pressure to sell more all the time. It is just the nature of these kinds of businesses.
