What should I do? What would you do in this situation?

I am a recent college graduate. I was hired by my aunt to work for her in her company. She owns a consulting firm and does very well. I have been working for her for about 3 months on a trial basis. If we both like the arrangement it will become a permanent job. She offers a decent wage plus health benefits. Plus I will have the chance to work on things I otherwise would not have an opportunity to work with. The experience could be invaluable. Sounds like a no brainer. Here is the problem.... Along with the HUGE demands from work, she wants me to watch her kids (ages 5 and 2), they are very difficult (she is the type of parent to delegate parental responsibilities on nannies and family), and help clean her house. On top of that I'd work on the weekends too. I would have almost no time for myself. I already see it happening now. I want to work but I also want to enjoy my life. I am starting to feel like my life is revolving around her. I don't like it. But my parents keep telling me what I great opportunity it is to work for her. I am torn. What would you do?
