Would smoking marijuana be beneficial while sick?

I have bronchitis and my body really hurts, i've been taking antibiotics, and pain relievers and nothing is helping, I was wondering if I smoke pot if it will really hurt my lungs and such. If your going to judge, just don't answer, thanks.
