Wrongful termination lawsuit?

I worked for luxury retail store,but had problems with my managers he would har me whenever i wanted sell a item were on commission sales,he make comments like i don't trust you with this sale or i don't think you can handle it.so i complained to my vice president he just promoted him,another sales manager hared ,discriminated against me by not working me on weekend like other employees and making goal sky it would be impossible to obtain ,would go out his way make it hard for me sale items.he wrote me up stuff wasn't my fault other managers came to my defense ,then he retaliated against after i complained about my goal being high fired me.
