I just watched Sicko and is everything in France as advertised, free college, free healthcare, etc.?

Basically I realized it pointed out that America sucks in that caliber, college loans, heatlhcare absolutely sucks and now I want to move to France and get a good education. I'm fed up with the bullshit in USA with loans, being in debt and what not. Bunch of greedy livin' in this country.
