One of my ex's has started texting/calling me again.......?

Let me give you the scoop first! Ok we met around the first of this year.....on Myspace (lol go figure)...we dated on and off for about 4 months. He has 2 kids and so do I. He is more harder to figure out. Like I want attention. I don't want sports put before me. I don't want friends and hanging out put before me etc. I also give that same respect to the person I am dating too. Well we would have fall outs, where I would think I wasn't gettin enough attention. We would argue about stuff. Were kinda both stubbourn and hard headed. So....we broke up about 6 months ago. Well he called me about 1 month ago and I was like "what"? We talked for a bit, but nothing but chit chat. Well I had to let him go. Well I'm laying in the bed last night and I got a text from him. Guy: Hey you! Me: Sup? Who's this? and so on! Well we talked and talked and stuff. I basically asked him what the deal was. He said that he had been thinking about me and missing me. He said that his friends and family are always asking him if he has talked to me and stuff. Well he wants to go out this weekend. We are both single and just dating other people on and off. What is you guys opinion on this? We are both in our 30's too and no longer with our kids mom/dad. We also cared about each other while we were together and have missed each other threw the past months. He told me that he has changed in the last 6 months and that he has became more humble and just realizing that he isn't getting any younger.Be serious please!
