When feminists say that "men" are respnsible for & ending it, are they really saying that ALL men are bad?

Saying all men is like saying all women commit paternity fraud. It's stupid and pits people against each other and alienates the people you are trying to get to see your point of view. Why would a man want to participate in awareness if you are insinuating that they are a rapist?
