When and if you have a same- wedding...?

My partner and I have been together for over six years, and now that Same unions are legal in our home country - South Africa, we are planning a union for January next year. It will be a small, intimate affair with only close family and friends, and is being held in a friends garden outside the city. The total so far for is around R15,000 - that's just over US$2,500 - so not really expencive. We felt it was not nessesary to go OTT on 'our' big day, and we plan to enjoy a very long, very expencive honeymoon! My parents will be hosting the ceremony and also paying for the whole affair! Sooooooo liberated!
